ARRAN FARMERS’ SOCIETY CANCELLATION POLICY

1. In the event of exceptional circumstances outwith the control of the Society, the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Serving Directors, Secretary and landowner shall have the power to cancel the show.
2. The final decision to be made on the Sunday prior to show day.
3. In the event of cancellation, Stances to be offered a refund of stance fee paid.
4. In the event of cancellation, catalogue advertising to be offered a full refund.
5. In the event of cancellation, exhibitors entry money would be forfeited.
